I'm Stephanie L. Jones and I teach overwhelmed professionals and recovering perfectionists who want to experience less stress, anxiety, and burn-out how to achieve their professional and personal goals inside of a life that aligns with their values and leaves room to breathe. By using the power of the 4G Method.

Once upon a time...


I gave a gift everyday for 522 days in a row. It started out with a blog and a desire to make a difference each day in 1 person’s life.


I LOVED it.


And it changed my life in so many positive ways.

I ended up writing a book about it in 2017, “The Giving Challenge” and began taking speaking engagements, all while working full time for one of the largest companies in the world.

On the 3rd day of a speaking tour in Alaska I crashed and burned out. Hard. I had to literally crawl to the shower.

My doctor had warned me that it’d be a matter of WHEN (not if) my body would give out because it cannot keep up with me!

Since 2017 and that horrible burn-out moment… I’ve been compiling all the sporadic pieces and focusing it in one creative direction still based on the principles I learned in the Giving Challenge. I now call it the 4G Method. God, Giving, Gratitude, and One Good Goal.
